If traveling by air, we recommend landing in the later morning or early afternoon in order to get to the house by check-in at 4pm. (Transportation to/from the retreat facility is the responsibility of the guest. If the guest is unable to provide transportation for themselves, our travel concierge will make arrangements at the guest's expense. Arrangements must be made at least 14 days prior to the event.)

Our workshop theme revolves around emotions, energy, nutrition, astrology, human anatomy, healing, and empowering our true selves. 

Additional Information

What to Bring:

  • comfortable, casual clothing

  • hiking boots

  • a yoga mat, if you have one

  • toiletries, such as tooth brush, toothpaste, hair/body products (linens will be provided)

  • a bathing suit if you want to plunge into the lake. 

We Kindly Ask You to Leave Behind: 

  •  junk food, alcohol, perfume/cologne, electronics or anything else that would be a distraction.

Meals:

  • There will be two brunches and three vegetarian dinners plus snacks, unless you have chosen to fast or juice while you are with us.

Additional info:

  • You may bring essential oils, however, we kindly ask you not to bring candles or incense.

  • This is a 100% vegetarian retreat, if you have any dietary restrictions, please make note in the questionnaire sent out via email with the purchase of your package.
